Hi!
Can you believe we are up to the thirteenth week of the Heart Of Christmas Blog Hops? Time is flying by, crazy fast! Tonight I have another set of four cards to show you that have gone into my stash, ready for sending in December.
This is one of the more simple designs of the Sheetload Of Cards templates, and it's from September 2021. I decided to let the Gold Foil in the Lights Aglow SDSP do all the hard work. I also used that gorgeous circle die from the Labels Aglow Dies to highlight the Gold Foil layer on the card.
My sentiments are from the Christmas To Remember stamp set. I really love the hand written style fonts for a Christmas card that is slightly less formal.
Here's my group of four cards. Unfortunately it was a gloomy day when I took the photo, so you don't get the full effect of the Gold Foil. You'll just have to imagine it!
That's all from me for tonight, but the hop continues on, starting with my lovely friend, Theresa Gerrard.
If you run into any problems with links on tonight's hop, jump on over to Sharon Davern's blog. She'll have a list of all of tonight's participants, and you can get yourself back on track.
Bye for now,
Tina
I just love the dotty circle die-cuts, and the angle on which you've cut your sentiment panels, Tina ... really pretty details, that add up to make elegant cards that aren't too formal.
ReplyDeleteAnother great SheetLoad of cards Tina! The gold foils shining through is perfect! I can imagine the gold glimmering! That circle die is gorgeous for this design! Great cards!
ReplyDeleteA lovely set of cards Tina. I’m getting more & more inspired each week of your Sheetload of card designs. Caroline.
ReplyDeleteWow, your card is gorgeous, Tina. I love the circular die cut showing the gold foil beneath. Also, love the angle of the sentiment banner. Your choice of papers and colours works so well. A beautiful set. Xxx
ReplyDeleteTina, these are wonderful cards that really let the beautiful DSP shine. I love the visual interest you have created with the angle of the sentiment banner, too. So elegant!
ReplyDeleteIt may be a simple design but you have created such elegant cards Tina. I love how the sentiment is on the angle and the dotty circle die cut looks beautiful.
ReplyDeleteIt may be a simple design, Tina, but it is so elegant with all that gorgeous gold. So pretty having it shining through from behind the circle die cut and around your sentiment!
ReplyDeleteLovely cards Tina. Gee you must have a great stash already! What a great way to use the circle die. I have been struggling with how to use it. Love the choice of background paper as well.
ReplyDeleteTina, I really look forward to your Sheetload of Cards each week and they never disappoint. This week's are just so classy and elegant. I have just received this paper and am motivated to get creating with it.
