Hi!
I was browsing through my "To Blog" folder on my computer and found these Tag A Bag kit gift bags that I'd made as a class sample. I thought it was about time I blogged them!
I'm sure I got the inspiration for these somewhere online, but it's been so long since I made them that I can't remember where. The bags are folded, not quite in half, to form a couple of pockets.
In the back pocket I had a tasty treat - I think it was a home made biscuit. The kids ate them before I had a chance to photograph them! In the front pocket was a tea bag and a tag, which you can see in the next picture.
These were so quick and easy to put together, and make a lovely "thinking of you" type gift. Who doesn't like sitting down to a cuppa and bikkie knowing that a friend is thinking of them?
Bye for now,
Tina

Sanded Six Sided Sampler
Hi!
Try to say that blog post heading 5 times fast! lol
Today's card was made a little while ago as a thank you for a party hostess and her guests.
I'd had my eye on the Alphabet Press Embossing Folder since the start of the new catalogue, but it took me nearly 6 months to actually purchase it. I'm glad I did in the end.
I teamed it with Six Sided Sampler and the Hexagon Punch for a feminine card. I really like the pink/brown/vanilla combo on female cards.
Bye for now,
Tina

JAI #183: Just Add A Sketch
Hi!
Another Friday has rolled around, so it must be time for another Just Add Ink challenge.
This week it was my turn to set the challenge. I designed this sketch to inspire your project.
I followed the sketch very literally for my card.
I'm really loving the new Hexagon punch. A simple way to add a bit of emphasis to your cards.
This was the first time I had used the new Quatrefancy SDSP. It's so bright and cheerful!
Some more Hexagons, stamped with the stamp from Six Sided Sampler for the inside.
Stamps: Sweet Essentials, Sassy Salutations, Six Sided Sampler
Ink: Strawberry Slush
DSP/Cardstock: Quaterfancy SDSP, Strawberry Slush, Whisper White
Other: Hexagon Punch, Rhinestones, Sponge Dauber, Dimensionals
Hope you can play along this week at Just Add Ink.
