Hi!
Welcome to another Heart Of Christmas Blog Hop. We are up to week 18 of the hops, and with only four more weeks of hops to go after this week, we are certainly on the downhill run into Christmas.
I have used the August 2021 Sheetload Of Cards template for this week's cards. If you've been following closely, I have actually skipped a few months and jumped to August. It's mostly because I wanted to make a card that featured this goofy pupper, and this was the most suitable template. I really love the Sweet Stockings DSP!
I couldn't resist adding a couple of extra pets on the inside. All three animals are from the same sheet of DSP, so they go well together. My class ladies made this card last weekend, and it made planning their kits even easier!
Here are the group of cards together. I really love how the Christmas lights DSP echoes the lights wrapped around the dog. Super cute!!
Next up on our Blog Hop tonight is the very talented Michele Taylor. I have several of her HOC cards into my 'To CASE' file, and I'm sure tonight's card won't be any different!
I am the Host of this week's Blog Hop, so please pop back here if you run into any problems. Here's a list of all participating tonight:
Bye for now,
Tina
That sweet dog is the perfect choice for the focal point of your cards, Tina! I, too, love how the background paper complements the lights wrapped around the golden retriever. Lovely cards. :)
ReplyDeleteWell I am just sitting here looking at all those perfectly cut out dogs and then I realised that you also fussy cut the cats in a box and the mice too. Wow!!! I do love that the Christmas lights DSP builds on the theme of your lovely pup. Another perfect card to add to your growing stash Tina.
ReplyDeleteLike you Tina I love the Christmas lights DSP and how it coordinates with the dog tangled in them! Fabulous layout with the different panels adding interest and not too mention the cute creatures on the inside.
ReplyDeleteWow, Tina, your fussy cutting skills are amazing and these cards are super, duper cute. Just adorable!
ReplyDeleteLove, love love!!! This is such an adorable card, Tina, My heart just melts when I see that cute golden retriever, and you have fussy cut him beautifully and displayed him in the centrepiece of each card ❤
