Card Patterns Challenge #50

I'm still having fun playing with my 'new' 2009 SAB sets. I needed to make a card for the son of a very good friend who was Christened recently. I decided to use the new sketch over at Card Patterns.

This is the card I came up with:

I quite liked this sketch. This card came together pretty quickly. I didn't have anything in my stash specific to a Christening so I just tried to make it suitable for a little boy.

Card Stock/Paper: Washington Apple DSP, Ballet Blue, So Saffron, Whisper White, Pumpkin Pie
Stamps: Congrats and Remembering You (both retired)
Ink: Ballet Blue, Basic Black
Other: So Saffron Grosgrain ribbon (NLA)

Catch you later,

  1. I love the simplicity of the card...the blue just pops! :)

  2. I like this. You were busy werent you! I love that Congrats stamp!

  3. Love this -= love the clean lines!

  4. A great card Tina, clean and simple!
