Hi!
Wowee, Week 14 of the Heart Of Christmas Blog Hops! We are well into this year's series of Blog Hops, with only 10 more to go in 2021. Have you enjoyed seeing our Christmas inspiration each week? I certainly have!
This week's group of cards comes courtesy of the July 2020 Sheetload Of Cards template. I really liked this one! It's tricky to see in the photo, but the Cherry Cobbler DSP on the right side of the card is actually on the inside of the card - the card front has been shortened by an inch. The cut off section was used for the front sentiment label. Waste not, want not!
Here you can see better how the DSP goes on the inside. It's from the Sweet Stockings DSP, just like the DSP I used on the front with the cute critters in the stockings. Super cute! The sentiments are from Words Of Cheer.
As always, here is my group of four cards. My stash certainly is building nicely!
Please do continue your way around our Hop tonight - it doesn't matter where you start, just keep on hopping until you get back to where you started. Next up is the very lovely Michele Taylor with what I'm sure will be a visual treat!
All the blogs tonight will have a link back to mine, as I am hosting the Hop this week. If you find a broken link, just pop on back here, where you can pick up your trail from the links below:
Bye for now,
Tina
Beautiful cards Tina, that DSP doesn’t need any extra embellishments
ReplyDeleteThis is a very sweet card (well, set of cards!), Tina. You've used those cute papers beautifully, and your card very economically!
ReplyDeleteLove the tip of cutting off the front section and using it for your sentiment strip. Love seeing the stash build each week. Do you do this for birthday cards as well?
ReplyDeleteLOL, definitely only Christmas cards! I make enough birthday cards during the year to keep me going :)
DeleteLove this design Tina and a good use of off cuts and the super cute DSP.
ReplyDeleteLove these cards Tina. Fun and playful patterns and a great design!
ReplyDeleteI adore this simple design, Tina, and it's a great one to show off all the gorgeous designer papers, especially these little cuties in their Christmas stockings!
ReplyDeleteThis is such a great design for that adorable DSP - you are really inspiring me Tina with your production line of Christmas cards. Do you do a Christmas letter too each year?
ReplyDeleteI sure do!
DeleteGreat cards! Some of my favourite papers and I love the layout you have created! Your stash of cards will be looking amazing by now!
ReplyDeleteGreat cards. Your stash must be over whelming by now
ReplyDeleteFabulous design for DSP, Tina. These are such fun patterns and perfect for the layout.
