Isn’t vellum a great addition - effective in toning down yet it adds a subtle layer of elegance especially when working with the stitched rectangles to form a frame, even though at the same level as the centre panel. While your card would be delightful as a sympathy card it is also just right to wish a Happy Birthday. Gorgeous.
